He kept picking up his phone and had AirPods in the entire time. My friend was trying to make conversation with him but he didn’t seem he wanted to talk. I work in the service industry and it is key to talk to your customers or clients to gain retention. The silence would’ve been fine with me since that is time I like to relax but if someone, like my friend, wanted to talk he should’ve engaged in the conversation. What made me annoyed is him picking up his phone trying to get his music to play through his AirPods and telling me to wait when I had already waited for him to do my friends set.

My designs are beautiful!!

He did a great job and was very gentle. Did not cut or burn me once. Two of my natural nails broke but it happens. He fixed them and hand painted my designs. They look amazing!!!!!

Well, granddaughter said, tech didn't seem to be willing to actually do her nails how she wanted them. But, she was happy about what he did do.

I got my nails done on 3/14/25, and now, less than 24 hours later, on 3/15/25, three of my nails have already lifted and fallen off. I reached out to the salon for a refund, as I’m out of town and these nails were meant to last for family photos. Now, I’m forced to pay another salon to fix or redo the service. This is incredibly inconvenient. Since reaching out, I haven’t heard anything back from customer service or the salon manager.
