Wow. Can I just say it was a breath of fresh air going to a nail salon where you don't feel like an inconvenience!! They made me feel comfortable, welcome, and happy! From the second I stepped into the door. Usually when I walk into a nail salon, it takes them about five minutes to greet me and ask me what my name is and if I have an appointment. I was greeted immediately and the front desk lady was actually extremely friendly, which I feel like is very rare in nail salons. Usually, they seem annoyed and just want you to sit down. She directed me to where the colors were and didn't rush me at all to choose what colors I wanted. When I decided what colors I wanted, she immediately sat me which I did not think was gonna happen because there was like 25 customers in there and they were all being helped. I've never seen anything like it in a nail salon. I thought for sure I would've had to have waited at least 20 minutes even though I had an appointment. That was not the case here, I got in and got out at the time that I thought. Alex, my nail tech was extremely friendly, personable, and just listened. I don't necessarily need my nail tech to talk to me that much because I usually just read, but the fact that he was completely fine with me asking him if he could do a design and he asked me every single step of my nail experience if the color shape and overall experience was meeting my standards. With what you pay in a nail salon, I feel like this is how it should be everywhere, but unfortunately, it's not. If you were looking for a place where you actually feel like You're getting your bunnies worth go to bNails. You can tell that it's managed very well and everybody is extremely nice.

Alex, a really good servant Helps you with everything very polite very nice takes his time and everything turns out so good. I give him 50 stars for that. He is really nice so go to B nails and go to Alex and ask if he’s available. He’s the best
