First time coming here. They do take walk ins, but appointments get you in faster, so that’s what I did. They had fast and friendly service. I had an appointment for a pedicure and got one with TO. She did such a good job making sure she could get as close to the picture I showed her as possible, and she was so kind! Will definitely be back.

TO was great, I usually go to Jayden but he is out of town and I could not be more happy with the service TO did for me. Full acrylic overlay with gel polish and nail design, looks beautiful, TO is gentle with the drill which is very important to me, and the service was done in less than 1hr! 100% recommend TO

Absolute worst nail experience ever. Initially I booked an appointment for 4 pm as I had an event I needed to get to around 6. They took both my mother and sister who were getting plain basic pedis before taking me and took me 45 minutes later. Leading to little to no time. I had a specific color I had chose - but by the time they had even gotten to painting the nail my mom had paid- only then did they realize there was none of the color left- the only other colors which had a similar look would have a $15 dollar up charge but would also make me significantly late to the event. After telling them I needed to be finished by 6 WAY BEFORE the nails even started they only got to starting the actual color at 6:50- resulting in me having to come back the next day. The next day I had to come back and my appointment was initially at 12:15 and once again due to poor organization it got pushed to 12:30 leading to complications with plans. I decided to change the design I wanted to do and finding a match was beyond difficult and in the end I was not very happy for the very expensive nails. The new design included a tortoise shell print on 4 nails and resulted in a $10 up charge on top of another $10-15 dollar upcharge to do French tips and almond shape. Altogether I only got 20% off my nails in the initial purchase. On top of that they were taking walk-ins and other customer instead of prioritizing a customer who they already gave a crappy experience to. Absolutely baffled at the terrible experience and am very unpleased with my experience.
