Beautiful service and work

The man who did my nails was rough and unpleasant. He jerked and pulled my hands and arms and the drill got very hot several times. The finished product looked good but my finger and cuticles are still sensitive from the drill and files. Plus, I don’t think he said the words to me.

I would love Lee everytime

Lee does such an amazing job. This was my second time back with Lee and he never disappoints. I love this place!!

I had a bad experience with the nail tech I was provide I’m not happy with the work and the man who was doing it Lee cut my cuticles bed so bad they started bleeding I’ll never return again

This was my first time at Bnails, and I had a fantastic experience! I came in for a manicure and pedicure, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. My nail technician was detail-oriented and took great care to ensure my nails looked perfect. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming

Just not quality work. Some nails are much thicker than others/shape is off on some. asked for length off and never got that. No questions asked about what I wanted/how I was liking everything. I think it’s extremely important to check in w your client throughout their appointment to ensure they like shape, length, etc.

Lee was experienced and cut & shaped my nails beautifully. Problem is the added price for the gel & certain colors being even more expensive.

Lee was awesome with my daughter - her nails are fire! She shared a pic and had modifications, Lee did it perfectly. Definitely coming back!

Love how precise he was when he was painting my nails, and the shape!! Love the true sharp square and he did just that!
