Enjoyed the time with my grand daughter 💕

Honestly very overpriced. I came in needed a fix because my original paint job was bad. I didn’t change colors but $27 for a color change is ridiculous. When I first came for my pedicure a staff member was rude. The pedicure was okay but not amazing. I won’t be coming back.

My nails are already lifting after just 1 week just scheduled an new appointment for Sunday to go in

The only thing is the prices! I didn’t realize that you charged for a specific type of polish, and length on top of the price of the set? I wanted the cat eye magnetic. It was $10 extra and no one told me that until she sat down and has already put the tips on. She was super sweet, but not talkative. I also scheduled two appointments. One for my friend and me. I told the cashier I wanted to be together and she said we would be seated together. We weren’t. I was in one room and she was on the other side of the building in the other room.

The person I had today was not very good but the person before him was really good just disappointed today

I was so excited to get my nails done, as a mom of 3 it is hard to get out of the house! It was not what I expected it to! If you are charging that much it should be done right!

John did just what I asked. In and out in a short time.

While giving me a heel treatment, he scraped a bit too hard. While I walked to my car it started bleeding. When I walked back in, the receptionist was super. John saw me and asked what happened. I told him my foot was bleeding, he applied antiseptic. The receptionist put antibiotic ointment and bandages on. Unfortunately by the time I got home, the bandaids were off and my shoe full of blood. The store made it right. Refunded my money, I just feel that John needs to pay better attention. I'm sure I'll go back, just not too soon.

Price seemed a little high for actual value

I liked my nail tech. However, when I got home I noticed cuts close to the nail bed. Thank you for any help or advice.

My nails looked pretty awful, but luckily the manager saw them and offered to have me come back the next day for another tech to fix them and they turned out much better. The original job was so messy and got the dip powder all of my hands, which stained and took a lot of scrubbing to get off, and my cuticles. When the manager asked John to fix my nails before I left he cut my cuticles on multiple fingers and honestly made my nails looked pretty awful worse than they did originally.

All great as usual!

I just went to get my nails done for the first time in a long time. My nail tech and I had some miscommunication and my design was not done the way i originally wanted (still came out beautifully and have no issue with it) but the entire staff did everything to make sure I was okay with the results and ensure that I was happy! I will definitely be back in the future!
