I love all the Ladies at BNails. They are always helpful, friendly and make me feel as though patronage is appreciated. My Nail Tech, Hally, is so sweet, I just love her to pieces. Hally does great quality work. I have NEVER had problems my nails lifting. I highly recommend BNails to everyone. Not only are they friendly, the entire shop is very clean.

I used to be a regular when Eric was there. The person doing my nails (Halley) was unable to do a simple design after she told me she could. Also she quoted 3 different prices. I will not be returning there again

This is the one place that over price and puts extra for every little thing to get as much money from every one they can. They would not let me use my $10 vulture because I didn't spend enough. A fill should not be the price of a regular set.Everyone needs to make sure they don't push the price way up there . Because of price gagging you don't even have the money to leave tips. It's all management and ownership falt.Stop being so money hungry.

LOVED! If you’re looking for acrylic toes this so the place they are absolutely perfect! Definitely going to be my go to place!

She Tried to hide imperfections even after I said I didn’t like them even said you must not get your nails done when I asked questions or even asked for things to be fixed then proceeded to add an extra 5 dollars because I didn’t like the clear coat she put for the base which said pink and did it without my knowledge didn’t even get to choose the color it took me 2 and half hours for a basic French tip that’s short on my real nail left residue on the sides and left the top of the French tip wonky and bubbly this establishment clearly needs to work on the customer service and the pricing considering how cheap and sloppy the work looks this is a waste of 65 dollars should have left when the first coat of acrylic was put and would like my money back

My girlfriend came in and she was really set on these nails which didn’t seem hard to do, yet they couldn’t do it. That’s not what made me upset what made me upset was they filed her nail too far down and made her bleed, it seem liked they didn’t care. I would never return again. I came because of the reviews and I genuinely thought it was gonna be good and I was very disappointed at the result.

I’ve never had a nail salon charge for a removal if getting a new set. I told the lady in the front when she asked what I wanted is a black french tip. Paid $70 for a simple black almond French tip. No designs. Did not get told till the end why it is so much. It was my first time and they knew that as I signed up and gave my phone number. Will not be returning as $70 is ridiculous for simple nails.
