Just had a hard time understanding the service tech at first but we muddled through it 🤩

LanLa is always excellent.

She did my eyebrows well, expect she asked if I wanted a lip wax, I said no, she asked again, I said no, and she attempted to grab at my lip to see if there was any hairs. I didn’t appreciate this. I also think the waxing here is overpriced compared to most places.

Always a great experience. Lanla did my pedicure. She shaped my nails just how I wanted.

Service was great but $65 for a kids pedi is bad. After I asked for just the basic package 3 times she still did the Same package as mine. If a customer says no they mean no

The lady that did my nails was really friendly and did a good job on my pedicure, but on my manicure, I wasn't very happy. There were some rough spots left, and then I had asked for glitter on one now and the glitter turned out to look bluish nothing like the picture I showed her

Lanla was very sweet, however the pedicure was not great. The massaging was too gentle, not enough pressure and hardly any massage with the scrub. I was burned a couple of times with the hot stones due to her holding them in one place too long and not keeping them moving. The callus removal was not thorough enough, my feet are very rough, especially compared to the last time I had it done by Jenny. Yes I have thick calluses but again Jenny was able to take care of them thoroughly. My daughter had Lanla last time and we had issues as well. $7 for a callus scrub is a bit much. $5 maximum but I really think it should be included in all pedicures.

Someone named John was supposed to cut her toe nails (no pedicure, yet charged for one) he was on his phone after setting up, he told her he had to leave and someone else would do it…then she had to wait for someone else to come do it, then wanted to do a full pedicure, but was asked not to….she said please just cut my nails so I can go, she started to rub lotion on after being asked not to! She was still charged for a pedicure that she didn’t ask for!
