Kevin was friendly. It seemed as if he was in a rush to complete the task considering he was having to assist other workers with their duties. The massage could have been better if he took his time and could focus on his client. I understand this work field! But I also understand it’s up to us as professionals to make our clients comfortable and feel like a priority in their time slot.

My fiance purchased a gift card for me and this was my first time for a pedicure at B Nails. Everything was great!! I’ll be back

He was on his phone the whole time and I booked for mani and pedi for $54 and ended up paying $76!!! Last time I paid $27 for a shellac mani and this time it was the same except I did NO color just clear and a regular yes a REGULAR pedi it was $76! Wow!! The fact that I’ve been coming to BNails for years is the only reason I keep coming back but if prices keep changing last minute and customer service is bad, no more services for me.

I came in for a Healthy Gel new set, he didn’t read the ticket and thought I came in for dip. I told him I wanted a natural to white ombré and he said he could do it (I guess thinking I was doing dip) when he started the dip I corrected him and he double checked the ticket. He then said he couldn’t do the ombré. I didn’t get that. I also didn’t quit get the right shape, almond, but rather an oval. I asked for snowflakes (showing him a picture) and he agreed. Only to do a white French tip with chrome later. By that point I gave up correcting and just took it. My friend was with me and can vouch for me on this. I did not get the nails I wanted!
