I sent my cousin in as a treat, and she unfortunately got Tia….she was rude, my cousin came out UPSET! She asked for her nails to be cut down….and AFTER the fact, Tia had someone else come tell her that would be a $5 charge! This is why I quit coming to BNails….because of Tia…she was rough with Tessie, and very rude! I will never recommend BNails again sadly!
