I was 1 dollar off from a coupon that had been used before off my pedicure. Consistency is lacking at the establishment and I will only be coming back to give out the rest of my coupons to people who can use them I will not be coming back as a customer.

I made an appointment with my mom and we were not able to sit in the same room, I went for a full which made it “impossible” to get a lighter color and then I was still charged 2 extra fees for length and shape despite keeping the same length and shape. The service was half done there is powder caked under my nails.

I gave this Tech another chance. She had cut me when using cheeses grader. Took months before could wear shoes. Then it happened again on both feet. And also cut me when trimming cuticles. This is unacceptable. Don’t think they should use those. Think the board wouldn’t like to hear they are being used. Said be careful with that. But still cut both feet. And I’m diabetic.
