Y’all were amazing and met every one of my needs! I have had trouble finding a salon that would listen to exactly what I was trying to achieve for my nails. I will be making b nails my permanent salon! The pricing is a little too high compared to other places but the customer service made up for that for sure! Thank you!

It’s not good ladies. They charge you to shape your nail 😂 last time I checked scrapping and Nail comes along with paying to get your nails done?! Regardless of what shape you want they charge you I got the shortest, most simple square nails, and they charged me extra. They also charge me an extra $10 for the French, which nowhere on their pricing list does it say that. And lastly, the French tip that she painted on is sloppy.

Was constantly pushed to upgrade/change service to a more expensive service. While checking the policies, the technician smeared it but said it was fine and told me I was done. Price changed after service was complete without informing me prior.
