Liability Waiver
By signing in for your appointment or receiving services at Bnails Salon & Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You understand that nail services involve certain risks including potential allergic reactions, infections, or injuries.
- You release Bnails Salon & Spa and its staff from liability for any adverse outcomes that may result from our services when proper procedures have been followed.
- You agree to disclose relevant health information that might affect treatment safety, including allergies, medications, or pre-existing conditions.
- You consent to allowing Bnails Salon & Spa to use images of your nails for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.
Right to Refuse Service
Bnails Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:
- Clients with visible nail or skin conditions that appear contagious
- Clients with open wounds or sores in the treatment area
- Clients with medical conditions that might be contagious or could be worsened by salon services
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for appointments
- Clients exhibiting rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
This policy is applied consistently to all clients to ensure safety and maintain service quality.
Deposit Policy
- 5+ Services Appointment: For any single appointment booking five or more services, a $50 returnable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Refund Conditions: The deposit is fully refunded at the end of your appointment provided you arrive on time and receive all of the services you booked.
- Forfeiture: If you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, reschedule fewer than 24 hours out, or no-show, the deposit is forfeited.
Service Guarantee and Satisfaction Policy
We stand behind the quality of our services with a 7-day guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
- Guarantee Period: 7 days for enhancements, gel polish, and dipping powder manicures.
- Same Service, Same Look: Redo services must match the original color, shape, and length. Any changes incur regular fees (discount applies).
- Speak Up Immediately: If you're unhappy, notify us before you leave. On-the-spot redos/repairs are free; after you depart, a discounted rate applies on your next visit.
- Covered Issues: Breakage, lifting, or color peeling are repaired free within 14 days. Custom designs may vary in price—confirm final costs with your technician.
Service Guarantee Exclusions
The following are not covered under our 7-day service guarantee:
- Standard nail polish applications.
- Services done with fewer coats than recommended or extremely thin layers.
- Failure to attend a scheduled redo/repair appointment.
- Rescheduling a redo/repair appointment with fewer than 24 hours' notice.
- Scheduling a repair more than 14 days after your original service date.
- Rescheduling the same appointment more than three times.
- Requesting a redo or repair after a previous redo has already been performed.
- Removing your nail set before reporting any issues to us.
Refund Policy
- Gift Cards: Final sale, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and treated as cash (not replaceable if lost or stolen).
- Service Fees: Non-refundable once rendered.
- All services must be paid for upon completion and before leaving the salon.
Payment Policy
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, major credit cards, and digital payment services [specify which ones].
- No Deferred Payment: All services must be paid for in full at the time they are rendered.
- Theft of Service: Leaving without payment is considered theft of service and may result in legal action.
B-Reward Restrictions
- Points accrue on whole-dollar purchases only (e.g., $5.25 → 5 points).
- %-Off Savings capped at $100 per service, per customer, per transaction.
- Sales tax and deposits don't qualify for points.
- Program may change or end without notice.
- Online vs. in-store pricing/offers may vary.
Appointment Policies
No-Show Policy
A "No-Show" occurs when you:
- Fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
- Cancel with less than 12 hours' notice.
Impact: Blocks other clients and wastes technician time. Avoidance: Confirm ahead, arrive 5–10 minutes early, cancel ≥ 12 hours in advance.
Appointment Confirmations
We send text confirmations one business day before your appointment. Please keep your contact info up to date.
Special Consideration Policies
Children in the Salon
- Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's behavior and safety.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a child's behavior disrupts other clients or poses a safety risk.
- Certain services may have age restrictions due to the chemicals and procedures involved.
Personal Property
- Bnails Salon & Spa assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
- Clients are advised to keep valuable items secure and within sight during their visit.
- Please report any lost items to staff immediately.
Electronic Device Usage
- Please set phones to silent mode during your service.
- If you must take a call, please step outside to avoid disrupting other clients.
- Movement during phone use may affect service quality and results.
Data Use Policy
- We do not share your mobile information or opt-in data with third parties.
- All consent details remain confidential.
- Trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
