Service Guarantee Exclusions
The following are not covered under our service guarantee:
- Standard Nail Polish applications.
- Services done with fewer coats than recommended or extremely thin layers.
- Failure to attend a scheduled redo/repair appointment.
- Rescheduling a redo/repair appointment with fewer than 24 hours’ notice.
- Scheduling a repair more than 14 days after your original service date.
- Rescheduling the same appointment more than three times.
- Requesting a redo or repair after a previous redo has already been performed.
- Removing your nail set before reporting any issues to us.
Redo & Repair Protocols
- Same Service, Same Look: Redo services must keep the same color, shape, and length. Any changes incur regular fees (discount applies). Redos are guaranteed for 7 days post-service.
- Speak Up Immediately: If you’re unhappy with your nails, alert our desk or your technician right away. Redos/repairs done at the time of service are free. If you inform us after leaving, you’ll receive a discounted rate on your next visit.
- Covered Issues: Breakage, lifting, or color peeling are repaired free within 14 days of your original service. Custom designs may vary in price based on complexity; always confirm final costs with your technician.
Refund Policy
- Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Service Fees: Services rendered are non-refundable.
B-Reward Restrictions
- Points accrue based on whole-dollar purchases (e.g., spending $5.25 earns 135 points).
- % Off Savings are capped at $100 per service, per customer, per transaction.
- Sales tax and redemption deposits don’t qualify for points.
- Bnails may change or discontinue the program without notice.
- Online vs. in-store pricing and offers may vary.
No-Show Policy
A “No-Show” occurs when:
- You fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
- You cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice.
Impact of No-Shows: No-shows prevent other clients from being served and waste valuable technician time.
How to Avoid:
- Confirm your appointments ahead of time.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
- Cancel at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Appointment Confirmations
We strive to send text message confirmations one business day prior to appointments. Please keep your contact info updated and check your notifications.
Use Data Policy
- We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotions.
- We will never share opt-in data and consent details with any external entities.
