Service Guarantee Exclusions

The following are not covered under our service guarantee:

  1. Standard Nail Polish applications.
  2. Services done with fewer coats than recommended or extremely thin layers.
  3. Failure to attend a scheduled redo/repair appointment.
  4. Rescheduling a redo/repair appointment with fewer than 24 hours’ notice.
  5. Scheduling a repair more than 14 days after your original service date.
  6. Rescheduling the same appointment more than three times.
  7. Requesting a redo or repair after a previous redo has already been performed.
  8. Removing your nail set before reporting any issues to us.

Redo & Repair Protocols

  1. Same Service, Same Look: Redo services must keep the same color, shape, and length. Any changes incur regular fees (discount applies). Redos are guaranteed for 7 days post-service.
  2. Speak Up Immediately: If you’re unhappy with your nails, alert our desk or your technician right away. Redos/repairs done at the time of service are free. If you inform us after leaving, you’ll receive a discounted rate on your next visit.
  3. Covered Issues: Breakage, lifting, or color peeling are repaired free within 14 days of your original service. Custom designs may vary in price based on complexity; always confirm final costs with your technician.

Refund Policy

  1. Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
  2. Service Fees: Services rendered are non-refundable.

B-Reward Restrictions

  • Points accrue based on whole-dollar purchases (e.g., spending $5.25 earns 135 points).
  • % Off Savings are capped at $100 per service, per customer, per transaction.
  • Sales tax and redemption deposits don’t qualify for points.
  • Bnails may change or discontinue the program without notice.
  • Online vs. in-store pricing and offers may vary.

No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” occurs when:

  • You fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
  • You cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice.

Impact of No-Shows: No-shows prevent other clients from being served and waste valuable technician time.

How to Avoid:

  • Confirm your appointments ahead of time.
  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
  • Cancel at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

We strive to send text message confirmations one business day prior to appointments. Please keep your contact info updated and check your notifications.

Use Data Policy

  • We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotions.
  • We will never share opt-in data and consent details with any external entities.

Jenny was great, really knew the importance of detail and really listened to the customer of what they want. I would love to book her again when I come back! Especially for a manicure!! She said I should also try the polygel nails which I haven’t done yet, so it might be a new and fun experience to try!!!!

This was my 1st time there. Overall decent experience. The only issue was that I mad an appointment yet I wasn’t seen until 20 minutes later. Other people that came In after me were seen before me. I didn’t ask for anybody specific so would have liked some effort to be made to see me Closer to my appointment time as I had limited time available.

Within less than 24 hours, the nail polish is peeling on 7 of my nails - 2 have come half off. I know it's regular polish, but I usually AT LEAST get a couple days of them looking good. And it's not like I've been cleaning, doing dishes, or anything crazy that would make it come off quicker. Additionally, I had bubbles on 1 nail and discoloration in the polish on another, which I didn't see until I was out in the sunlight. Very disappointing, especially with the price.

I just went to get my nails done for the first time in a long time. My nail tech and I had some miscommunication and my design was not done the way i originally wanted (still came out beautifully and have no issue with it) but the entire staff did everything to make sure I was okay with the results and ensure that I was happy! I will definitely be back in the future!

The matching toenail polish was not even close and Hope agreed. It took 10 min for the receptionist to match the color but I didn't have time to stay for Hope to repaint them. Hope always does a great job but I am not satisfied with the color.

Love your staff, love the ambience. Your decor is gorgeous. My nieces, my sister and I get our nails done once to twice a month and now we have found the place we will always go back to. This is the first place I’ve been to in the area where every person is very talented that worked on all four of us at once and were extremely attentive and listened to what we needed. Lilly lives up to her name. A beautiful flower that brings life. My legs (chronic pain sufferer) and feet haven't felt this good in years.
