BNAILS POLICY

Regular polish:

+ Includes : 1 base coat + 2 color coats + 1 top coat       + Gel top coat on regular polish is additional $10/ no guarantees apply    + If customer decides to change color (chosen by customer) when a service is completed, there will be an additional $8       + We do not offer any guarantees for regular polish.

Shellac polish:

+ Includes : 1 base coat + 2 color coats + 1 top coat     + Any additional coat will be an additional $5 (unless color is too light)      + We offer 2 weeks guarantee for all shellac services      + We will fix any lifting/ chipping within the 2 weeks.        + Guarantee only applies for same color, any changing in color will be charged as a separate service       + Add on services during the 2 weeks such as:  recut cuticle, shorten nails, top coat, reshape or change shape will be an additional $5, built on broken nail using acrylic or dip will be charged $3/nail

Dip nails:

+ Includes : 1 base + 2 color ( on regular nails) + 1 extra either color or sheer ( on long nails)     + There will be an additional $1 for each broken nail that needs built on tip ( less than 5 nails) or $5 if more than 5 nails      + Any additional coat will be an additional $5 (unless color is too light)       + Gel top coat on dip is additional $10/ no guarantees apply           + We offer 2 weeks guarantee for all dip services     + We will fix any lifting/ chipping within the 2 weeks.      + Guarantee only applies for same color, any changing in color will be charged as a separate service        + Add on services during the 2 weeks such as:  recut cuticle, shorten nails, top coat, reshape or change shape will be an additional $5, built on broken nail using tip will be charged $3/nail          + Rhinestones are not guaranteed on dip nails

Acrylic nails:

+ Nails that are longer then number 4 will be an additional $5       + We offer 2 weeks guarantee for all acrylic services      + Guarantee only applies for same color, any changing in color will be charged as a separate service        + Add on services during the 2 weeks such as:  recut cuticle, shorten nails, top coat, reshape or change shape will be an additional $5

Design:

+ Designs on regular polish are not guaranteed      + Designs will only be redone if customer is not satisfied at time of service, we will not guarantee redo of design if customer comes back after the day of service.

Gift Card :

+ Gift cards are not refundable.

RESTRICTIONS FOR B-REWARD

Points are earned based on whole dollars spent on eligible purchases (for example, spend $5.25 and earn 5 points).  % Off savings are limited to $100 dollars service amount for one customer per service per transaction. No- Show Policy

Definition of a “No-Show” Appointment

defines a “No-show” appointment as any scheduled appointment in which the client either:

– Does not arrive to the appointment

– Cancels with less than 12 hours’ notice

Appointment “No-show” appointments have a significant negative impact on our salon. When a client “no-shows” a scheduled appointment it:

– Is unfair (and frustrating) to other clients that would have taken the appointment slot

– Disrespects not only the technician’s time, but also the time of the entire salon’s staff

How to Avoid Getting a “No-Show”

+ Confirm your appointment

+ Arrive 5-10 minutes early

+ Give 12 hours’ notice to cancel appointment

Bnails salon will attempt to contact you 1 business days with text message before your scheduled appointment to confirm your visit. If we don’t get a response from the text message, our front desk will try to confirm the appointment by phone the morning of the appointment

  1. Always Arrive 5-10 Minutes Early

we would like for you to arrive at our salon 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you and our staff to address any question about trending design/ color/ any color you looking for and trust me, we have 1000+ colors to choose from and this will most likely take you a while to do so before the scheduled time.

  1. Give 12 Hours’ Notice if You Need to Cancel

When you need to cancel or rebook an appointment, please give us at least 12 hours’ notice, this allows us a reasonable amount of time to determine the most appropriate way to reschedule your appointment as well as giving us an opportunity to book someone else for the available spot;

If it is less than 12 hours before your appointment and something comes up, please give us the courtesy of a phone call.

We understand life is busy and things happen all the time, that’s why we have a 4 strikes no-show policy, we will require a credit card information saved on file for any client that had 4 No-show – Any no- show after the 4th times will be charged a fee at $25.
