Scope & Licensing

The Bnails Salon and Spa LLC product (the “Bnails Product”), including periodic email alerts, is powered by data licensed by Bnails Salon and Spa LLC (“Bnails”). This data may be provided by Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, or other third-party suppliers (referred to as “Bnails Data”).

The license for this data remains valid only for the duration of your subscription to the Bnails Product. Bnails Data is licensed to you exclusively for your internal, personal, non-commercial use within the United States, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and strictly in connection with the Bnails Product.

Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Using Bnails Data or the Bnails Product to determine an individual’s eligibility for
    1. credit or insurance intended primarily for personal, family, or household use, or
    2. employment.
  • Using the Bnails Data in any unlawful manner or for any fraudulent, unfair, or deceptive practice.
  • Leveraging Bnails Data in any context outside of its licensed purpose.

Acceptance & Consent

By enrolling in the Bnails Product or accessing/using Bnails’s Services and Websites, you represent that you have:

  • Read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by Bnails’s Terms & Conditions
  • Consented to Bnails’s Privacy Policy
