The Bnails Salon and Spa LLC product, including the periodic alerts furnished by email (the “Bnails Product”), is powered by data licensed by Bnails Salon and Spa LLC. (“Bnails”). Some of this data may have been furnished to Bnails by Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., Experian or other third party suppliers (such data and the data and any other information provided by Bnails, the “Bnails Data”). The duration of the license for the Bnails Data is the duration of your subscription to the Bnails Product. Bnails Data is licensed to you on a limited basis, for your internal, personal, non-commercial use only within the United States, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and only in connection with the Bnails Product. You are expressly prohibited from using Bnails Data or the Bnails Product as a factor in establishing an individual’s eligibility for (i) credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, or (ii) employment, and may not use the Bnails Data in an unlawful manner or for any other purpose, including any fraudulent purpose or to engage in any unfair or deceptive practice.
You agree that by enrolling in the Bnails Product or accessing or using Bnails’s Services and Websites, you represent to Bnails that you have read, understood, and expressly consent and agree to be bound by Bnails’s Terms and Conditions and Bnails’s Privacy Policy.
