First time here and had a great experience! Vy was amazing and made me feel super comfortable throughout the service! I love that they offer a 2 week policy where if anything happens to your nails you can come back and have them fixed at no charge! Will be back!

Kimmy gave me a gentle "Healthy Gel" manicure with tips. I was doing this for a special occasion but I might do this more often or keep it for a while because it wasn't painful and she was careful with my nails and cuticles. This is not how I remember tips were in the 90's and early 2000"s. Very pleased!

Vy was amazing! She was so kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. She absolutely nailed the shape — exactly how I envisioned it, clean and flawless. The whole experience was comfortable and professional, and I left loving my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back to her. Highly recommend! 💅✨

Jayden was super nice detail oriented. He did my nails great and I originally came in asking for gel x, but then he told me that there was a healthier alternative for my nails and we tried poly gel for the first time. I am super obsessed with my nails definitely coming back.

I’ve been searching for a good pedicure for 4.5 years. Dona did a fantastic job. She was thorough and not rushed. To top off the experience they had my favorite polish OPI Lincoln Park After Dark. It’s definitely a bit more expensive, but I’ll go back because it far exceeds any other salon I’ve tried to love! Thanks BNails

I came in to do a first time set of nails. I was recommended this place by somebody. I trust I set an appointment online. I got there and I met a big smile and a nice greeting from ADELINA. R. I asked her about the different now. She let me know and I decided on some acrylic with this beautiful shimmer color. I love my nose. I love the lane. I love the luck and we have a wonderful conversation. I will definitely be coming back and I love that it’s so convenient and so close to home and the prices are great. no hidden fees if there was an extra charge for anything, she definitely let me know. Allowing me to decide whether to add on or not.😊

I really like BNails....consistently a great experience even without getting the same technician. Eden was wonderful and super friendly. I wasnt paying attn at first, working on my phone and happened to notice the shape wasn't what I typically like. She happily adjusted without making me feel like it was an imposition in any way. Great atmosphere, good cup of coffee (!), beautiful nail work and my daughter goes all out with art every time and it's always FANTASTIC. It's understandable that they are rated the highest > THEY ARE TRYING FOR THAT. So glad BNails is in CP and so convenient! I won't go anywhere else again!

I've never gotten a professional manicure before. I work with my hands and my hands are very torn up. Vicky spent a lot of time cleaning everything up and hydrating them as best she could. I was able to get my service at the same time as my 3-year-old daughter right next to me and Vicky did a phenomenal job. We will definitely be back
