I had another great mani/pedi with Eden yesterday. Eden pays special attention to detail, and my hands and feet are always beautiful when I leave. I have been going to Eden for years (she was at another salon prior to Bnails), and I would follow her anywhere. She did amazing job. I’ve been the salon several times.today was not good toilet had mold can tell it hasn’t been cleaned. Oil bottles empty. Worker talking to a customer about another employee how she always late.uncalled for. I requested acrylic nails the tech that does then wouldn’t be in till 4.

Ethan was wonderful and friendly. He was careful with the bottom of my sensitive feet but also cleaned up the dead skin around my toes very well. (To me that’s the best part of the pedicure lol) other places always leave dead cuticles hanging there but my feet and toes feel brand new. Thanks to Ethan! The whole place is amazing, great chairs, free drinks, and the best customer service and employees. Will only go to Bnails from now on and I live 45 min away!
