Was not satisfied with one nail and he refused to re do it

Nails wasnt done good the acrylic is too thick, the polish doesnt stay on already peeling, the fact that the nail tech is gaven a time of how long they should spend doing a set is crazy there is no room for sudden changes or let the techs move freely or taking there time to do thier jobs. Its just rushed. I wanted a design added and was told i cant do too much becuz of the time gaven. Nothing to do with the nail tech i think he could of done better gaven more time. Cuticles wasnt even removed. Just looks bad.

He was great and was honest about the original design I walked in with.
